With twice-weekly sessions, you don’t need to worry about solo workouts—just show up, train, and achieve the progress you’re after with full support (total course price £480).

12-Week Transformation – £35 per session

Commit to a comprehensive 12-week program that’s designed for long-term success! With two sessions per week, you’ll have consistency, expert guidance, and a structured approach that allows your body to transform gradually and sustainably. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness levels or completely reshape your health, this package will get you there, keeping you motivated every step of the way without requiring extra workouts on your own (total course price £840).
