About Adam

Hi, I'm Adam and I have been a personal trainer since leaving university over 15 years ago with a BSc(Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science as well as a diploma in Personal Training & Nutrition. . Immediately after leaving university I worked for the prestigious gym chain David Lloyd to put all what I had learned into practice.

After gaining much practical experience I set for London to train executives in private gyms in large corporate banks and businesses. My real dream was to always work for myself and when I was 24 I made the jump and set up my own personal training business in Bedfordshire, In the last 14 years I have been fortunate to help many people and I can see myself always in the health and fitness industry as I find it an incredibly rewarding profession.

When not working I spend time with my family, often outdoors! I love many sports but in particular football and rugby. In the last 10 years I have also learned to surf and ski.

My goal with personal training is to help people achieve a balanced lifestyle, help them to a healthy weight and also enjoy their exercise! I look forward to helping you on your health and fitness mission. Book a taster session today!
