No, you don’t need any equipment! I bring everything required for an effective workout, including resistance bands, weights, and boxing pads. However, if you have any preferred equipment, I can incorporate it into your training.
3. Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to start?
Not at all! My training is completely personalised, whether you’re a beginner or already experienced. I’ll design your sessions to match your current fitness level and help you progress safely and effectively.
4. What types of training do you offer?
