My name is Adam Cochrane, a passionate personal trainer with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and a Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition. With years of experience and a love for sports, including football, rugby and watersports like surfing and kayaking. I help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalised, results-driven training sessions.

What areas do you cover for home personal training?
I provide home personal training sessions across London and for certain media projects have worked all over the UK and even abroad for my clients. If you’re unsure whether I cover your location, feel free to contact me, and I’ll be happy to confirm.
What equipment do I need at home for the sessions?
You don’t need to have any equipment. I bring everything we need, including boxing fitness equipment, resistance bands, dumbbells and more. If you already have equipment, we can incorporate it into the session.
Do I need a lot of space for training at home?
No, a large space isn’t necessary. I can adapt the workouts to fit whatever space you have, whether it’s your living room, garden, or garage.
Can I train with a friend or family member at home?
Yes, you can! I offer small group sessions for up to three people, allowing you to share the experience and cost with others while staying motivated together.
How do I book a session?
Booking is easy - just send an email or even call and tell me all about your goals and I will get you booked in for a taster session asap.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.
